ChildStory will make it easier for FACS and police to share information.

Since December 2017 , police have been able to make an immediate risk of significant harm report (iROSH) through their own IT system without having to call the Helpline. Through WebCOPS interface with ChildStory, they can view the progress of previous reports in their WebCOPS Event .

From May 2018, the Partner Community will also enable the exchange of information through Chapter 16A.
